On-Demand IT Support

We provide fast resolution for On Demand IT support. We can provide cost-effective IT Services on a need basis. The customers gets the flexibility to engage our team and our expertise as required for incident management.

On-Demand IT support customers are charged for a specific incident and billed at our standard call out service fees. We provide a quick scope of work if the incident requires an onsite visit, generally we see these issues resolved remotely with our team. As required we can mobilise an engineer to be onsite from either our Gladstone Park or Mulgrave office.

Block Hours

We provide the flexibility for our customers to choose how and when their service hours are utilised. This is done through prepaying for a set number of hours. These set number of hours are available for a 3 month or 6 month period. This gives the customer self-managed IT support at a flat per hr cost.

These block of service hours can be utilised with the valid period for any support incidents, onsite visits, project and cloud migrations. Our customers will receive reports advising of the utilised hours and we can set a top up as the customer reaches 80% utilisation of their set block of service hours.
